Request an online session

Start with your location and time zone

Appointment times are displayed in your local time zone. Please check the time zone shown when booking and include your time zone when requesting a session.

Please tell me whether you are seeking individual or couples work, where you are based and your time zone. For couples, include both locations if you will be joining separately.

We first check whether online sessions together are appropriate and possible. Sending this request does not reserve an appointment.

How to request a time

Use the contact form or email [email protected]. Suggest a few times that suit you and write the time zone beside them.

I arrange online appointments directly. Contact me to discuss current availability.

Before an appointment is confirmed

We agree the session type, length, fee and currency, then confirm the date, time zone and video arrangements. My scheduling base is Europe/Copenhagen. Check the date as well as the hour when you are in a different time zone.

Read the pricing arrangements and client policy before committing.

Prepare a private place

Choose a quiet space where you can speak freely. Test your camera, sound and connection. Keep some time around the session rather than moving straight into another demanding conversation.

We agree what to do if the video connection fails.

Let’s discuss online therapy

You are welcome to ask about the kind of support you need.

Tell me where you are based and your time zone. We can then consider whether online sessions together are suitable.
