Disclaimer regarding health data

We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal health information via our website or through tracking pixels. Our services comprise psychotherapy with a focus on relationships and couples therapy, delivered either in-person or via encrypted Zoom. No medical diagnoses, symptom tracking, or treatment data are used or shared through Meta’s tools.

All services provided are non-medical, non-diagnostic therapeutic conversations and support focused on emotional and relational wellbeing—not clinical health evaluation.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comment form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.

An anonymized string (also called a hash) created from your email address may be provided to the Gravatar service to determine if you are using it. The Gravatar privacy policy is available at: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is approved, your profile picture will be visible to the public in connection with your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website can download and extract location data from such images.

Cookies

If you place an item in the shopping cart, an additional cookie will be stored (without personal data) showing the cart content, which expires after 10 minutes.

Data retention

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are stored indefinitely. This is done so we can recognize and automatically approve follow-up comments.

We retain data only as long as necessary and no longer than legally permitted. Order data is retained for 5 years for accounting purposes. This includes your name, email, and address.

Access to your data

Employees have access to your data to process orders and provide support. This includes name, email, and delivery details.

Embedded content

Articles may contain embedded content that tracks your interaction—especially if you are logged into the original website.

What we share with others

When requesting a password reset, your IP address is included in the email.

We share data with third-party providers who help us deliver our services, such as Stripe (payment gateway).

Purpose

We always assess whether the amount of data can be minimized or anonymized.

You may request correction or deletion of your information. Deletion of essential data may result in loss of access to the site. Your profile will be deleted.

In some cases, we may be exempt from complying due to applicable regulations.
