By using the website or creating a profile, you accept the terms and guidelines outlined below.
Health Data Disclaimer
We do not collect, transmit, or store any kind of personal health data via our website or pixels. Our services include psychotherapy focused on relationships and couples therapy, offered either in person or via encrypted Zoom. No medical diagnoses, symptom tracking, or treatment data is used or shared via Meta tools.
All our services are non-medical, non-diagnostic talk therapy and emotional support focused on emotional and relational wellbeing – not clinical health assessment.
Consent
By using the website or creating a profile, you consent to our use of cookies and processing of personal data. Please see our cookie policy and privacy policy for more information.
Your profile
You must be at least 18 years old to create a profile.
You may not include personal contact details or links to external sites in your profile.
Profiles may not be used for business or marketing outside this platform.
We reserve the right to lock or delete profiles that violate these terms. Deleted profiles are non-refundable.
Inactive profiles without membership are automatically deleted after 180 days.
You can delete your profile at any time. Your data will then be deleted within 14 days unless it is linked to purchases, which are stored according to legal requirements.
Images and video
You may upload a profile picture that must show you and be lawful to use. Only the profile owner may appear in the picture.
You may not upload content with individuals under 18 years of age.
Content that violates Danish law or these terms may be removed without notice. We alone determine whether content is appropriate.
Note: Content online can be saved by other users, which we cannot control. Choose carefully what you publish.
License
By creating a profile, you grant us a non-exclusive, global, transferable, and royalty-free license to use, store, and process your shared content so we can deliver our services.
This license ends when you delete the content, no later than 14 days after profile deletion. Our support can help if you’re unable to delete the content yourself.
You retain rights to your name, profile photo, and content connected to purchased services, per the above license.
Purpose
Profiles are intended only for people interested in our services. Advertising and financial links are not allowed without prior permission.
Profiles are personal and may not be transferred without prior approval.
Responsibility
We accept no responsibility for damage or actions resulting from profile activity or the accuracy of profile content.
We are not responsible for technical errors or the content of third-party links.
We are not responsible for issues arising from illegal or incorrect use of the platform.
Disputes
We reserve the right to interpret and decide any dispute related to these terms.
Terms may be changed at any time. You’ll be notified upon your next login if any changes occur.
Terms of purchase
By purchasing services or subscriptions, you accept both these purchase terms and the general profile terms.
Danish purchase and consumer agreement laws apply. You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.
Purchase acceptance
You agree that we may charge the agreed amount once or on a recurring basis for the selected service. Subscriptions may renew automatically.
Agreement and receipt
After your purchase, you’ll receive a receipt by email. This serves as proof of purchase. You can also view your purchases in your profile.
Changes, cancellations, no-shows
Rescheduling costs 15% (more than 3 business days before the session) or 25% (less than 3 business days).
Cancellations cost 50% (more than 3 business days) or 100% (less than 3 business days).
For no-shows, the full amount is charged. If you do not show up within 15 minutes, the session may be ended without notice.
Payment and security
Payments are handled by Stripe.
Accepted payment methods: Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay. All prices are in DKK and either include or exclude VAT depending on the service.
Payments are encrypted via HTTPS/SSL. We do not store your card details.
Cardholder responsibility
The cardholder is responsible for payment of all selected services, including any binding periods.
Card renewal
If your card is closed, your service will be deactivated until payment can resume.
Right of withdrawal
You generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Danish law. However, access to private areas and immediate delivery of services excludes this right.
These terms are accepted at the time of purchase.
Personal data
We are the data controller for the personal data collected in connection with purchases. See our cookie and privacy policy, which are part of the terms of sale.
Updates
We reserve the right to change the terms at any time. Minor changes may occur without notice. Major changes or price adjustments are announced with 30 days’ notice upon your next login.
You may cancel your agreement in response to significant changes. Continued use will be considered acceptance.
We reserve the right for errors in content and pricing.
Violations
We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you violate the terms. No refunds are given.

Please contact us directly if you are dissatisfied with a service.

Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes shall be resolved in the Danish courts.
